The answer is never flurry.
Ever.
Also don't try build for a certain level. The game doesn't start until you hit level 20, don't try to create builds for anything under level 20.

Flurry is nice in assassin builds, because their damage is based off of the armor ignoring, flurry damage-reducing attack skills, and most skill chains are < 5 seconds long.
Also, the game starts at level 9 for LDoAs.

Stick to frenzy, but always make sure you have the cancel stance. Flurry isn't a good choice because Warriors don't have the necessary energy or energy regeneration to maintain it.

Why Healing Signet? It's a terrible skill that -40 your armor while using it. Use Lion's Comfort. You will thank me when the foes easily kill you while using healing sig.

Ah yes because a Self snare is awesome! Frenzy Rush is Superior to flail on Sword /Axe in fact it only works with hammers because a target cant Kite when it is Knocked down. (and this is a a issue as well in PvE as well because I seem to be all ways dealing with kiting monsters in Hardmode)

Frenzy is definately the better skill of the two.
1 - The double damage clause teaches you to be aware of your surroundings and whats happening (you need to be able to identify when you're about to take a lot of damage and cancel).
2 - Warriors are there to deal damage, any skill that reduces that damage is bad.

1. For the long term, Frenzy is the better skill. Learn to cancel or learn to bring heroes/teammates who cast PS on you.
2. For the short term, you're level 11. Now is not the time to play Build Wars. Now is the time to learn fundamentals like pulling, kiting, calling, and such.

Flurry is used in assassin builds because the reduction of damage only applies to weapon damage (as opposed to +dmg from skills) and the weapon damage of daggers is almost negligible.
Also this is the warrior forum. Warriors never use flurry.

Frenzy is a bit bad in pve though, as you have to carefully watch and not use it when taking pressure.
In pvp however it's on 90% of sword or axe builds and nothing else can substitute (except for the elite version, primal rage).
Heroes and flail are both things you get from Nightfall, if you get that you can also get enraging charge which is an excellent skill.

No, Lux. Flail is for heroes since the heroes can't learn to cancel stance.
Frenzy is for all players and within just a few hours of using it, it will just get easier and easier.

In defense of Flurry...
It will still provide a 12.5% increase in damage (Frenzy/Flail is 50%) as well as provide the faster adrenaline gain that comes from attacking faster. Granted it does require a zealous mod on your weapon to maintain all the time.

But the energy cost of using flurry and the fact that it takes up a skill slot make it not ever worth bringing on a warrior.

hes a lvl 11 warrior in PvE who I assume only owns prophecies.
<_< flail wins in PvE, esp with godmode, cuz you can spam KDs.

Heroes are available in Nightfall and EoTN only.
PS is Protective Spirit, one of the most important skills in the game.

Given the choice between running no IAS or Flurry I'd take Flurry. It will still increase the warrior's damage over time compared to not using any IAS stance at all as well as increase the rate of adrenaline gain. Faster adrenaline gain results in more frequent attack skill usage, meaning more armor ignoring damage is being produced. Consider also the amount of additional damage (read, armor ignoring) that can be stacked onto physical attacks nowadays.
